Know More About Our Return Policy

  1. We have a Self Return policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and post to our designated address.
  2. Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery and fulfill any of the following conditions:
    • Item delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition.
    • Incorrect order received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
  4. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by FaRe Fashion. Only in case of damaged products or products that are received wrong, Fare Fashion would cover the return shipping costs up to $10 AUD in cases of Self Return.
  5. You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product, or refund of money or coupon worth product amount, that you could use on future purchase from Fare Fashion.
  6. Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item, or Lingerie Set items cannot be exchanged or returned.

How can I Return / Exchange a defective / wrong product?

 1. Login to your account on Desktop / Mobile Website. Click here to login.

  1. Enter your email address and password. In case if you have forgotten your password then click here. You will receive an email to reset the password.
  2. Once you are logged in, Go to My Orders and Select Your Order to Return.
  3. Click On I agree button after reading the return policy.
  4. Select the items you want to return and quantity of items.
  5. Select an option from the Reason menu, and then add any additional information in the Notes box.
  6. Select a refund / replacement / Coupon option from the refund menu.
  7. Upload image of product in case your reason for return is defective/wrong product/print color mismatch and submit
  8. After submission, our team would review the images and revert within 48 hours.
  9. Once your request approved you can return your Item(s)
  10. The return post you need completed in the following 48 hours and send us the documents.

How do I cancel an order?

The order can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of order placement.

How much time does Refund take?

All Refunds are processed in 7-8 working days .

Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and the customer has shared the details required for refund.

If payment is made via credit / debit card /Paypal- Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Refunds will be initiated after we receive the item and it passes the quality check.

How can I know the status of my refund?

  • For cancellation before shipping, refunds are processed immediately
  • If the order has been shipped. A refund will be processed as soon as the order has been returned.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

We offer refund methods as per your payment mode.

Can I change my shipping after placing the order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
